Jasmine Middleton is a professional violinist who teaches at her home studio in Morley, WA. As a qualified and experienced violin teacher with 10 years’ experience teaching K-Year 12 and adult beginners, she offers violin lessons for complete beginners through to advanced levels. Jasmine is a Teaching member of the West Australian Music Teachers’ Association.
As a freelance musician, Jasmine performs regularly with the West Australian Symphony Orchestra, Perth Symphony Orchestra, WA Philharmonic Orchestra, various touring artists, and other ensembles around Australia.
After studying a Bachelor of Arts in violin performance at the UWA Conservatorium of Music and achieving First Class Honours, Jasmine completed her master’s degree in orchestral performance through WASO’s professional development program. She was the recipient of the Edith Cowan Prize in Music and won the Flora Bunning Memorial Prize in Chamber Music in two consecutive years.
